We work very closely with our suppliers who pack and ship your orders with great attention to detail, and we expect that you will receive your ordered items in excellent condition and within the timeframe expected. However, there are occasionally forces outside of our control that may impact your order.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item you ordered arrives damaged or with a defect or other error for which we are at fault, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to reasonably repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe at no cost to you, even if it’s an item that is generally non-returnable. If we are unable to repair or replace any such item or cannot do so within a reasonable timeframe, then we will refund your purchase price.
You must notify us in writing within 5 days of your receipt of any damaged or defective item [and we will let you know which of our suppliers the item came from]. You must then return the damaged or defective item to the supplier and comply with such supplier’s return policies, which are linked in the Returns section below. If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for any shipping costs and, if available, send you a replacement item in the same style and color as your original order at no additional cost. The same approach applies to errors in fulfillment if the wrong item is sent to you.

Shipping costs vary by supplier. Depending on the item your ordered, you may or may not have a separate shipping cost clearly identified in your shopping bag at the time of purchase. This unidentified cost may happen where, for example, the supplier has included the shipping cost within the item’s purchase price. Suppliers use various carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, and DHL ground, with typical shipping duration of 3-7 business days. Most orders ship from the suppliers within 2-5 business days. Once you make your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation showing line-item specific details of your order. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your shipment’s details, including carrier used, tracking number, and the expected date of delivery. Expedited shipping is not available at this stage. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipment carriers. If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you are responsible for the return shipping fees to the supplier and these fees will be deducted from any refund you may receive.
DISCOUNTS & COUPONS
Discounts and coupons may be offered from time to time. These will be clearly highlighted on our site, and you will have an opportunity to apply them at the time of purchase. Any coupons offered will have fixed validity dates that will be clearly stated on the coupon.
