Most of the items we sell come from third-party suppliers, each of whom provide their own policies for returns. In some cases, however, a particular item may not be returnable. Each of our third-party suppliers’ return policies are hyperlinked below. Before you return any item, please contact us at the address below to set the returns process in motion:
In general, all returned items must be returned to the original supplier, and meet the following conditions for you to receive a full refund:
The returned item must be returned in its original packing with all labels attached. The returned item must be unworn (other than trying on for fit), unwashed, and unused. Please also include your receipt of purchase and reason for returning the item.
Please do not wear any make-up or perfume when trying on your items for fit.
All headwear must be free from loose hairs, stains, and odors and free of any stretching from wearing or trying on for fit.
The item must be eligible for return. Any items that are not eligible for return, including but not limited to Clearance and Final Sale items, cannot be returned.
In some cases, including if your item was a gift, you may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Except as set forth in the Damages & Defects section above, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return. We recommend using a trackable (and preferably insured) form of shipment. CBG cannot accept COD returns.
We are unable to refund the original cost of shipping the item to you. We only refund the cost of the item purchased. In some cases, the items purchased do not reflect a separate shipping cost since this cost is built into the price. However, there is still a cost to the supplier from the original order shipment, and this cost will be deducted from the overall merchandise refund.
Any refund will be sent via the original payment method used for your order.
